Управителният Съветът на СДРУЖЕНИЕ С НЕСТОПАНСКА ЦЕЛ ЗА ИЗВЪРШВАНЕ НА ОБЩЕСТВЕНОПОЛЕЗНА ДЕЙНОСТ «ИНСТИТУТ ЗА РЕГИОНАЛНИ СТРАТЕГИИ», Бургас, на основание чл. 26 ЗЮЛНЦ свиква редовно годишно общо събрание на членовете на сдружението, което ще се проведе на 25.02.2022 г. в 15.00 ч. в град Бургас 8000, ж.к. Лазур, бл.7, вх.2, ет, 8, ап. 16, при следния дневен ред:
1. Отчет за дейността на Сдружението за 2020 г.;
2. Приемане на нови членове;
3. Промяна на Устава ;
4. Промени в Управителния съвет на Сдружението;
5. Разни;

Поканват се всички членове на Сдружението да вземат участие в общото събрание. Регистрацията на членовете ще започне в 14.30 ч. в деня на провеждане на общото събрание.
При липса на кворум на основание чл.27 ЗЮЛНЦ общото събрание ще се проведе на 25.02.2022 г. в 16.00 часа, на същото място и при същия дневен ред.
